Choose carefully as Shuturp does not offer refunds or exchanges unless your item is faulty. There is almost always a size chart along with videos of the fit and style of all items for you to ensure you are buying the correct size. As a small business I am unable to sell opened/worn items.

The customer is responsible for their package if it gets redirected to Shuturp marked as unclaimed or incorrect address. Shuturp does not offer free shipping back to the customer.
